I am a person who has no idea what she is doing. Having said that I’m current doing a masters degree in theatre. I have borderline personality disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety and complex PTSD. While I know labels aren’t always helpful they do help me to understand myself a bit better. I am trying to make sense of what I am doing, what I have done and where it all could lead me in the exciting and frantic world of theatre and life in general. It's been a bumpy, exciting journey so far. What with the living in different countries, battling with mental illness choosing a "career" as a "writer" and many other things... every now and then... my sneakers may leak... This is me, feeling the fail.

Some Mornings my anxiety calls the shots…  

Me: I’m hungry

Anxiety: are they awake?

 Me: does it matter? I can just get porridge 

Anxiety: but if they’re home and awake that means you’ll have to talk to them. Rather stay in your room where it’s safe. 

Me: But I’m hu-

Anxiety: STAY!!!
